January Birthdays

celebrated birthdays this week. My sister Cherise, her husband Jared and my nephew Easton all have January birthdays. It was fun! I got a pedicure and free spray tan this week. I have to say I really like the results of the tan. I mean it's obvious it's not natural because it's winter and last week I was so white. But it looks natural to those who don't know me. There's no blotchy spots, lines or anything like that. To me it looks real. Just another thing to help it feel like Spring!

Oh...the dish I featured this week is grilled chicken with caramelized onions, mushrooms, cheese and lemon garlic cous cous, with a side of asparagus in a lemon butter sauce.
