Updates!!

Sorry, for some reason we didn't take a lot of pictures this week. If you didn't already hear on Facebook I was chosen as Wasatch Woman Magazine's "Wasatch Woman of the Year" for the category "motherhood". It was really exciting, humbling and honorable news. There are 5 categories and then the overall "Woman of the Year". I think this issue comes out in January or February. I got to go to a fun photo shoot on Friday downtown. They did my hair and makeup and then took pictures. I took this picture when we got home. What do ya think?

In January there will be a banquet at the Little America Hotel and I'll get to meet the other winners. In fact I have an amazing story to share about this whole thing and some of these amazing women. I'll post it later today on my other blog Stand a Little Taller. Be sure to check it out.

Just in case you don't catch these things on Facebook, I have 2 other blogs I update weekly. Stand a Little Taller is a spiritual blog where I talk about the most important near and dearest things of my heart. I share messages that are bold yet profound and I bare testimony of what I know to be true. I hope you check it out.

The other blog is my author blog, Life and Love According to Lindsey This is where I discuss a broad range of topics that women, families and couples struggle with on a daily basis. It's a lot of fun yet keeps me busy.

Right now I'm working hard at launching my next big project. Most of you already know about my skin care invention that is patent pending. It is finally being manufactured right now over in China and I will have 10,000 of them by the end of the month. The foot care formula that goes with it is actually being manufactured personally by me in my own kitchen in a variety of scents. So in a few weeks I am going to be looking for testimonials. If you want to be a guinea pig and test the product for free let me know. I'll post about it again later.

I don't know how I get involved in so many things all the time but once I have an idea, I usually can't get it out of my head. It's a blessing and a curse. The final project that I also spend time on is the DVD follow up to my book. A "How to" DVD company asked me a couple months ago to work with them on making a How to Date Your Spouse DVD. We have been filming segments for it here and then and the goal is to have it ready by Valentines Day. I'll let you know how that goes.

Well, life is busy but we are happy and enjoying it every step of the way. I love my family and they make all the ups and downs in life seem like a fun ride. We have fun together and I love them for their constant support and unconditional love.

Have a great week!
