Family Vacation in Park City

We spent the week at a condo in Park City. This was such a fun vacation that we will always remember. We had a free timeshare that was a gift from my mom last Christmas. Because there was so many problem with our room, they upgraded us to a way nicer resort and room.

The Alpine slide and coaster were so much fun. We scored $90 worth of free rides because a family had purchased tickets and then they had to leave, they kindly walked up to us and gave us their tickets.

We got to watch the ski jumpers practice their tricks at Olympic Park. We hit the outlets during a 50% off sale. All the stores were having the sale and we got a lot and saved a lot. We found so many things we have been looking for, for months within one day.

We explored Main St during a heavy rain storm and were asked by a film crew from BYU to participate in a documentary they were filming about culture and family life. Manuel didn't want to be on film so me and the kids were. You might see my interview on channel 11. How random was that?

We went to Midway and ate at the best Mexican restaurant in Utah, Tarahmarah. We had barbacoa lamb tacos that came with a salad with passion fruit salad dressing. They have an amazing salsa bar with over 20 different salsas, and homemade pastries and spudnut donuts. Also, the best homemade french fries I have ever had. We visited the crater and the Zermatt where we played miniature golf and poor Gabe was stung by a wasp for the 3rd time in the last 2 years. We met up with my sister and her family at the park for a few minutes. We have enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub and making yummy meals in our condo and just hanging out. What a fun vacation!!
