Fun Times

There's nothing we love more than authentic, fresh Mexican Food. Not the rice and beans stuff though. So on Saturday I made pork carnitas with homemade tortillas, homemade green salsa, guacamole, Mexican pickled onions, sauteed yellow squash and cilantro, fried cheese and frosty limeade with salted glass rims. It was yummy. Then we had pina colada popsicles.

I roasted the pork shoulder for 3 hours. It was crisped on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside and shredded so well. Everything was bursting with flavor which is how we do our food at the Rietzsch residence.

The kids snuck into my makeup this week under their Daddy's supervision. Those silly clowns. Gabe drew himself eyebrows - hilarious.

My infomercial aired today and it was a success. You can visit this link
