Rietzsch Family Updates: August 2007

Our favorite restaurant!! Look at the size of that salsa bowl! We all drank the "Miami Vice" of course with NO alcohol. It's a mix of strawberry and pina coloda. Crista had an eye infection the entire vacation and had to wear her glasses.

The front entrance of our hotel (Cherise and Lindsey) Behind us is the spa where we went and had free massauges and were pampered. Lindsey had a horrible encounter with an enormous neud lady.

The waiters dancing in our favorite restaurant. They had a show every hour and would do all kinds of dances like the YMCA and line dances and would pull people from their seats to come and dance.

After breakfast Lindsey posing in front of a Mexican shoe shiner. Lindsey had a crab omlet which was an omlet with fresh crab, avacados, artichokes, olives, tomatoes, onions, rolled up inside and creamy lobster sauce smothered on top. We had pancakes and fancy hashbrowns.

The backside of our hotel right outside of our patio. Notice the exotic birds walking behind Lindsey. They lived by the pool and wandered all over the hotel property. There were also large bird cages everywhere with pretty birds inside.

Posing in front of the pirate ship where we went and sailed into the sunset with pirates on baord and a fun pirate show with special effects, food and drinks. We seemed to always get free mango, strawberry and lime margaritas everywhere we went (with no alcohol) and pina colodas. We had at least 3 a day.
