We have lots of new picts of Gabe! Our little guy is a celebrity in Germany. The local newspaper in Manuel's home town contacted Manuel's mom and wrote a page article about Gabe with his picture. The reason being is that he is the first child to be made from the sister city relationship of Hof, Germany and Ogden, Utah. The relationship has existed since the 60's and Gabe is the first result of the benefits of that relationship. There will be an open house for him this December when we are in Germany. After the article was printed several people have contacted Manuel's mom and want to meet Gabe. We're excited!

Manuel starts playing soccer again this month. He is in an indoor league in Ogden. It will be the first time Gabe gets to see his dad play!

Gabe enjoyed Halloween. He went trick-or-treating to one house but he had fun. I let him taste a lolly pop, but just one lick! He started speaking in sentences this month. He says momma, da-da, and ba ba and a few other words but he now has the tones down. It sounds like he's asking questions and then answering himself. Its really cute!
